A part-time professor of finance, mostly concerned with assisting PhD. students in their studies. Also author of best selling finance books including Corporate Finance Management and The Financial Times Guide to Investing. Main research interest is in the pricing and mispricing of stock market quoted shares. This research draws on the insights of practitioners as well as finance theory and behavioural approaches.
